We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason deemed necessary.
Customers can cancel their bookings with 48 hours' notice. Cancellations under 48 hours will result in a loss of deposit. Rescheduling requests must be made 24 hours before the service.
We provide limited liability insurance, and customers are responsible for their own additional coverage.
We are not responsible for damage due to poor packing or loss of high-value items without prior notice.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure parking and access at both locations. Any parking fines incurred during service will be charged to the customer.
Customers are expected to treat our staff with respect. Abusive behavior may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Trapar Man&Van, operated by Trapar Limited, is not liable for delays or failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or strikes.
